Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 25, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Soulvia website and your booking, purchase, or participation in services offered by Soulvia LLC (“Soulvia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By booking or purchasing a Soulvia service, completing an applicable consent or booking process, or participating in a Soulvia service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Eligibility
Soulvia services are intended for adults age 18 and older.
By booking or participating in a Soulvia service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Soulvia does not currently offer services to minors.
2. About Soulvia Services
Soulvia offers non-clinical wellness, spiritual, intuitive, relaxation, and personal-growth experiences.
Depending on the particular service and what is appropriate for the session, Soulvia practices may include:
-
Reiki
-
Sound healing
-
Intuitive guidance
-
Oracle cards
-
Tarot cards
-
Akashic Records work
-
Guided reflection and self-exploration
-
Coaching-style questions and guidance
Not every practice will be used during every session.
Soulvia is intended to support relaxation, reflection, spiritual exploration, self-awareness, and connection with your own insight and intuition.
3. Professional Credentials and Separate Roles
Sarah Freitag is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona and Colorado and is separately registered with the Florida Department of Health as an out-of-state telehealth provider.
These professional credentials are separate from the services offered through Soulvia.
Soulvia services are not provided as psychotherapy, professional counseling, behavioral-health treatment, or other licensed mental-health services under Sarah’s LPC licenses or Florida telehealth registration.
Participation in a Soulvia service does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Sarah, regardless of her professional education, experience, licensure, registration, or work in other settings.
Soulvia and Sarah’s clinical professional work are separate roles and services.
4. Soulvia Is Not Therapy, Behavioral Healthcare, or Medical Care
Soulvia services are not psychotherapy, counseling, behavioral-health treatment, medical care, medical treatment, diagnosis, or another licensed healthcare service.
Soulvia does not diagnose or treat mental-health disorders, medical conditions, diseases, injuries, or other health conditions through Soulvia services.
Nothing on the Soulvia website or communicated during a Soulvia service should be interpreted as medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
Soulvia services are not a substitute for appropriate care from a physician, mental-health professional, or other qualified licensed provider.
Do not stop, delay, or change professional healthcare or prescribed treatment based on a Soulvia session without consulting the appropriate licensed professional.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services, 988 where appropriate, or another qualified emergency or crisis resource.
5. Existing or Former Therapy Relationships
Because Soulvia services are separate from psychotherapy and clinical behavioral-health services, Soulvia may decline to provide services when doing so could create an inappropriate conflict, dual relationship, boundary concern, or other professional issue.
Participation in Soulvia should not be used as a substitute for therapy or as an extension of an existing psychotherapy relationship.
Soulvia reserves the right to determine whether a particular service relationship is appropriate and may decline or discontinue services when necessary to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
6. Intuitive, Tarot, Oracle, and Akashic Work
Intuitive guidance, tarot, oracle cards, Akashic Records work, and similar spiritual practices are offered as tools for reflection, exploration, and personal insight.
They are not presented as objective fact, guaranteed prediction, or certain knowledge of future events.
Any interpretation or intuitive impression is inherently subjective.
You retain complete responsibility for deciding what meaning, if any, information from a session has for you and whether you choose to act on it.
Soulvia does not guarantee the accuracy of intuitive information, card readings, spiritual impressions, or Akashic information.
You should not rely on these practices as the sole basis for significant medical, mental-health, legal, financial, career, relationship, or other major life decisions.
7. Reiki and Sound Healing
Reiki and sound healing are offered as complementary wellness practices intended to support experiences such as relaxation, reflection, mindfulness, and general well-being.
Individual experiences vary, and Soulvia does not guarantee any specific physical, mental, emotional, energetic, spiritual, or other result.
Reiki and sound healing are not represented as treatments or cures for medical or mental-health conditions.
You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you.
If you have a health condition, are pregnant, use an implanted medical device, have significant sensitivity to sound or vibration, have a condition that may be affected by sound or vibration, or otherwise have concerns about participating, you are encouraged to consult an appropriate healthcare professional when necessary and inform Soulvia of relevant participation concerns before your session.
You may request that a sound, position, practice, or other technique be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time.
If a session includes light, non-invasive physical touch, it will be used only with your consent. You may request a hands-off experience or withdraw consent to touch at any time.
8. Client Choice and Personal Responsibility
Soulvia is designed to support your own reflection, intuition, and self-understanding rather than tell you what you must do.
You remain responsible for your own:
-
Decisions
-
Actions
-
Relationships
-
Health and healthcare choices
-
Financial decisions
-
Legal decisions
-
Career choices
-
Interpretation of spiritual or intuitive information
Nothing communicated during a Soulvia session guarantees that a particular choice, outcome, relationship, opportunity, or event will occur.
9. No Guaranteed Results
Every person’s experience with Soulvia is different.
Soulvia does not guarantee any particular:
-
Result or transformation
-
Emotional response
-
Spiritual experience
-
Energetic experience
-
Insight or realization
-
Health outcome
-
Relationship outcome
-
Career or financial result
-
Future event
Descriptions of potential experiences are illustrative and should not be interpreted as promises.
Client testimonials, if displayed, describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another client will experience the same result.
10. Voluntary Participation
Participation in a Soulvia service is voluntary.
You may ask questions, decline a particular technique, request an adjustment, or ask to stop a practice during the session.
You agree to communicate reasonable concerns, sensitivities, limitations, or relevant information that may affect your ability to comfortably participate.
11. Booking and Payment
Appointments must be booked through Soulvia’s designated booking methods unless another arrangement is expressly made.
Prices, session lengths, payment requirements, and available service formats are shown during the booking process and may be updated from time to time.
You agree to provide accurate and current booking, contact, and payment information.
Payment may be processed by an independent third-party payment processor.
By completing a purchase or booking, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount disclosed at checkout.
12. Cancellation, Rescheduling, Refunds, and No-Shows
Appointments are subject to the cancellation, rescheduling, refund, late-arrival, and no-show policy presented through Soulvia’s booking process.
By confirming an appointment, you agree to the booking policies presented to you at the time of booking.
If a service-specific booking or cancellation policy contains terms that are more specific than these Terms, the service-specific policy will control for that appointment.
13. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to an appointment, the session may still end at its originally scheduled time to avoid affecting other appointments.
A late arrival may therefore result in a shortened session without a reduction in price.
If an arrival is sufficiently late that Soulvia cannot reasonably provide the service, the appointment may be handled according to the applicable cancellation or no-show policy.
14. Virtual Services
Certain Soulvia services may be offered virtually through a video-conferencing service such as Google Meet.
Virtual Soulvia services remain non-clinical wellness, spiritual, intuitive, and personal-growth services and are not teletherapy, telemedicine, professional counseling, or behavioral-health telehealth services.
Soulvia virtual services are not provided pursuant to Sarah’s LPC licenses or Florida out-of-state telehealth registration.
You are responsible for:
-
Using an appropriate device
-
Maintaining a reliable internet connection
-
Accessing the meeting link
-
Choosing a safe and reasonably private location
-
Protecting the privacy of your own device and surroundings
Soulvia is not responsible for technical disruptions caused by your equipment, internet service, software, environment, or an independent third-party platform.
If a substantial technical problem on Soulvia’s side prevents the service from being provided, Soulvia may use reasonable discretion to resume, reschedule, or otherwise address the affected appointment.
15. Location and Availability of Virtual Services
Soulvia LLC is based in Arizona.
Virtual services may be made available to adults located outside Arizona only where providing and receiving the applicable non-clinical service is legally permitted.
Laws and regulations vary by jurisdiction.
Soulvia reserves the right to limit, decline, discontinue, or modify a virtual service based on a client’s location or applicable legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as an agreement to provide a service in a jurisdiction where doing so would be prohibited.
16. In-Person Services
Clients attending an in-person Soulvia appointment agree to follow reasonable instructions relating to the safety, comfort, and appropriate use of the session space.
You are responsible for disclosing relevant concerns that may require a practice to be modified or avoided.
You may decline an optional technique or request that it stop at any time.
17. Scope and Referrals
Soulvia may determine that a request or situation falls outside the appropriate scope of its services.
When appropriate, Soulvia may decline or discontinue a service and may encourage you to seek assistance from a licensed healthcare provider, mental-health professional, legal professional, financial professional, emergency resource, or another qualified provider.
Any referral or suggestion to seek another professional does not create responsibility for the services provided by that individual or organization.
18. Right to Refuse or End a Service
Soulvia reserves the right to decline, discontinue, or end a service when reasonably appropriate, including situations involving:
-
Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, or unsafe conduct
-
Harassment
-
Intoxication or impairment that makes participation inappropriate
-
Requests outside Soulvia’s scope
-
A situation requiring medical, mental-health, legal, or another licensed professional service
-
A professional boundary or dual-relationship concern
-
Failure to comply with booking or payment requirements
-
Circumstances in which continuing the session would be unsafe or inappropriate
-
Legal or regulatory restrictions
Any refund or rescheduling decision will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable booking policies.
19. Privacy
Your use of the Soulvia website and services is also subject to the Soulvia Privacy Policy.
Information voluntarily shared during Soulvia wellness or intuitive services is treated respectfully and with discretion, but those communications should not be assumed to carry the same legal privilege, confidentiality, or privacy protections that may apply to psychotherapy, healthcare, or attorney-client communications.
20. Third-Party Platforms
Soulvia may use independent third-party providers for services including:
-
Website hosting
-
Booking
-
Payment processing
-
Forms
-
Email
-
Video conferencing
-
Analytics
Your use of those platforms may also be governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.
Soulvia is not responsible for outages, security incidents, policy changes, service interruptions, or other conduct of independent third-party providers outside Soulvia’s reasonable control.
21. Website Information
Information available on the Soulvia website is provided for general informational purposes.
While Soulvia makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that every website page will always be complete, error-free, or continuously available.
Soulvia may update services, prices, descriptions, availability, policies, or website content from time to time.
22. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Soulvia name, branding, website copy, service descriptions, graphics, exercises, handouts, written materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Soulvia LLC.
Materials provided to you are for your personal, noncommercial use unless Soulvia expressly states otherwise.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify for commercial use, or commercially exploit Soulvia materials without prior written permission.
23. Appropriate Website Use
You agree not to:
-
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
-
Attempt unauthorized access to website systems or accounts
-
Submit fraudulent booking or payment information
-
Use the website for unlawful activity
-
Copy or exploit Soulvia content in violation of intellectual-property rights
-
Engage in activity intended to damage Soulvia, the website, or other users
24. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Soulvia website and services are provided without guarantees regarding particular results or outcomes.
Spiritual, intuitive, energetic, relaxation, and personal-growth experiences are subjective and vary from person to person.
Nothing in this section limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soulvia LLC and its owners, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or voluntary participation in Soulvia services.
You understand that you remain responsible for your own decisions and actions following a Soulvia service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability when doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
26. Governing Law and Disputes
Soulvia LLC is based in Arizona.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or Soulvia services that may lawfully be subject to a forum-selection agreement will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court serving Maricopa County, Arizona.
Nothing in this section eliminates consumer rights or mandatory protections that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
27. Changes to These Terms
Soulvia may update these Terms from time to time.
The version presented or made reasonably available when you book a service will apply to that booking, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The current version will be posted on the Soulvia website with its effective date.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
29. No Waiver
Soulvia’s failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision in the future.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable booking policies, service-specific consent forms, and the Soulvia Privacy Policy, constitute the applicable agreement concerning your use of Soulvia’s website and services.
If a service-specific informed-consent form contains additional terms concerning that service, those more specific terms will apply to that service.
