Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Full payment of $30 is required at the time of booking to reserve your Experience Soulvia mini session. Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a refund. Due to the limited availability of this one-day event, online rescheduling is not available. If you need assistance, please contact hello@soulviaco.com. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and missed appointments are non-refundable. Illness & Emergencies If you're feeling unwell or an unexpected emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
