Service Description
A reflective and intuitive session created to help you hear yourself more clearly. Depending on what feels supportive, we may explore oracle or tarot, Akashic Records, reflective conversation, and other intuitive practices. Available in person or virtually.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. You may make changes through the link in your booking confirmation email or by contacting Soulvia directly at hello@soulviaco.com or 602-888-3854. Appointments rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance may be moved to another available date and time without penalty. Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund. Any non-refundable payment processing fees, if applicable, may be deducted from the refunded amount. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are non-refundable. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation and will be non-refundable. Illness & Emergencies If you are ill or an unexpected emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation or refund policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
